Paradiso Apartments is constructed using post-tensioned slabs, a technique that enhances the strength and durability of the building while allowing for more flexible and efficient use of space. Additionally, the tower features a jump form core, which streamlines the construction process by enabling the simultaneous rise of vertical elements.
A key aspect of the tower’s design is the incorporation of a series of outriggers, strategically placed to enhance the lateral stability of the structure. These outriggers provide additional support against wind and seismic forces, ensuring the safety and comfort of the residents.
