Hera Engineering is thrilled to be a pivotal part of the exciting Nightfall project by Geocon Group, the final stage of the remarkable Republic development in Belconnen. Our involvement is a testament to the successful delivered of the other stages of this incredible development.
The goal of this project is to enhance the Republic precinct development by adding more apartments and commercial tenancies. Nightfall, is set to rise 24 stories high. With four levels of basement parking, ground floor commercial spaces, and podium parking on Level 1, this mixed-use residential development is a true embodiment of modern living.
Our journey with Nightfall began by optimising the concrete core, refining column layout, and minimising transfer levels within the tower, we’ve achieved remarkable cost savings and accelerated the project timeline. We have also undertaken the post tension detailed design for all slabs and temporary works
