Hera Engineering is pleased to announce the commencement of piling for the Victoria & Albert project on the Gold Coast, marking a significant milestone in this landmark development. The project includes the construction of two towers, standing at 73 and 45 storeys, with a shared podium and six levels of basements.
As the structural engineer for this prestigious project, Hera Engineering is delivering innovative design solutions, including top-down construction for the deep basements. This method allows for simultaneous excavation and construction, speeding up the project timeline and ensuring efficiency. The design also incorporates smart post-tensioned slabs and temporary works that optimize material usage, aligning with Hera’s commitment to sustainability.
