Collaborating with Edge Visionary Living and Hillam Architects, we have taken on the challenge of structural engineering and post-tension design for this project, which is currently under construction. Located in the vibrant Mindarie Marina precinct, Clayton Apartments promises residents an exclusive living experience with direct beachfront access and panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, redefining luxury in a coastal setting.
Our involvement has centered on ensuring the durability of the structure, a crucial consideration given the development’s coastal environment.
