Brisbane Sky Tower

In the bustling heart of Brisbane, our team at Hera Engineering had the privilege to deliver value engineering solutions for Multiplex during the tender phase of the Brisbane Sky Tower project. Situated at 222 Margaret Street, this architectural landmark stands as the tallest residential building in Brisbane and the sixth tallest in Australia, marking a significant milestone in the city’s urban landscape. With its completion in 2019, the Sky Tower has reshaped the skyline with its impressive height of 269.6 meters and a total of 90 floors above ground, supported by an extensive underground parking facility spanning 10 levels.

Our involvement in the project was centered around optimizing structural and construction efficiencies without compromising on the architectural integrity and functionality of the building.
