Hera Engineering is the appointed structural design partner for this prestigious project, entrusted by Geocon. The undertaking has been marked by considerable challenges, primarily due to the diverse array of apartment types, making vertical continuity a complex endeavour. In close collaboration with the Geocon team, our experts have put forth dedicated efforts to streamline the structure, minimising transfer levels wherever possible. The final solution involves a skilful combination of precast and AFS walls and post-tensioned slabs.

The basement construction, spanning three levels, also posed its share of complexities. To overcome these challenges, our team devised an innovative precast columns solution, significantly expediting the construction process.
