The Dalyellup Community Housing Project is a residential development within the Bethanie Dalyellup precinct, comprising 50 new social and affordable rental apartments for people aged over 55. The development is designed to achieve a Silver Livable Housing standard and a 7-Star NatHERS rating, with construction scheduled for completion in 2027.
We are providing civil and structural engineering services for the project, working with Bethanie, ATLAS BUILDING (WA) and the broader consultant team throughout the development and construction phases.
Our civil engineering scope includes the design of the site’s stormwater management infrastructure. Underground infiltration tanks have been incorporated to capture and manage stormwater runoff at source, reducing reliance on downstream drainage networks and supporting the long-term operation of the site.
Our structural engineering services support the delivery of the apartment buildings and associated infrastructure, coordinating structural requirements with the architectural, civil and construction documentation as works progress on site.
