Hera Engineering is pleased to have been appointed to provide structural engineering services for the proposed Regis Aged Care Facility in Shenton Park which has recently been submitted for Development Approval.
The $50 million development will comprise a four-storey residential aged care facility with 183 rooms, together with resident lounges, dining and activity spaces, a café, day spa, cinema/chapel and landscaped outdoor areas.
