Designed by internationally acclaimed Danish architects 3XN/GXN, in collaboration with BVN and Aspect Studios, and built by Multiplex, the new market showcases architectural excellence—introducing state-of-the-art facilities, expanded retail, dining and cultural offerings—while preserving the authentic seafood market experience.
Hera’s involvement commenced during the tender phase, supporting subcontractors and builders with construction engineering assistance and alternative design solutions. During the project we worked closely with the piling subcontractor for the design and verification of the water retention system used to construct the basement levels to ensure compliance with the strict project requirements.
