Claremont Train Station

Our client, John Holland, engaged Hera to provide temporary works and heritage engineering. 

Hera Engineering has designed a best spoke solution to allow the temporary underpinning of the heritage station while installing the new platform retaining walls directly below the existing footings. A number of latent conditions have been discovered during construction and we had to come up with creative solutions to allow progression of construction without further delays.

The solution is the result of the collaboration between our team and John Holland. Moreover, Hera Engineering worked closely with the site team to supervise the complex temporary works. The result of this collaboration is a carefully planned and engineered project.
