In our role at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Perth, we were entrusted with both construction and facade engineering responsibilities, contributing significantly to the project’s completion. Situated in Perth, this development serves dual purposes as a residential space and hotel, offering luxury accommodations against the backdrop of Perth’s vibrant skyline and the tranquil Swan River.

The Ritz Carlton Hotel Perth is part of a larger, ambitious waterfront development, Elizabeth Quay, designed to revitalize and connect the city to the river. Our tasks were multifaceted, involving collaboration with the piling subcontractor for the innovative design of plunge columns. This technique enabled the efficient top-down construction of the basement, leveraging our profound expertise in this specific methodology. Additionally, we were appointed to manage several facade design packages, addressing the complex podium design which necessitated the support of heavy stone cladding among other types. This aspect of our work not only underscored our capability in handling intricate design challenges but also our commitment to enhancing the aesthetic and structural integrity of the development.

The project, completed in 2019, features 379 luxurious apartments and is highlighted by world-class amenities, offering residents and guests alike a unique living and lodging experience.
