Florin Parkside

For the Florin Parkside project, we provided structural engineering, post-tension design, and managed temporary works. This initiative is nestled in Perth’s desirable Jolimont area, bringing forth 63 luxury residential apartments. Our involvement in this project highlighted our capacity to tackle and surmount complex engineering challenges, particularly in creating large cantilevers that distinguish the architectural aesthetic and functionality of the development.

The project, valued $50 million, also includes 121 basement car bays and communal amenities like a pool, lounges, wine rooms, and fireplaces, all designed with the highest standards of luxury and environmental consciousness in mind. Through our collaboration with MJA Studio and Decmil, we succeeded in delivering a residential complex that not only meets but exceeds the expectations for modern, sustainable living in Perth.
