Manning Hub is a boutique development comprising of 22 thoughtfully crafted apartments that lie at the threshold of the picturesque Canning River Foreshore. Situated just a short drive away from the bustling heart of Perth’s CBD, this project not only offers an address but also a gateway to a vibrant and closely-knit community.

Navigating the intricacies of this project, our creative team confronted the challenge of intricate setbacks on various floors, posing complexities in column continuity. We adopted clever solutions that minimised the necessity for transfer systems – a pivotal factor in adhering to the project’s budget constraints and structural efficiency.

To optimise resources and elevate the project’s sustainability, our team strategically opted for a post-tensioned floor system. This choice not only reduced concrete and reinforcement usage but also streamlined the transfer system, a true manifestation of our commitment to holistic engineering solutions.
