This pencil tower is now the tallest residential structure in Western Australia. Once the roof crown will be completed it will be rising 125m over 40 levels.
The project is the result of the collaboration between Hera Engineering and MJA studio. Working together we have achieved a very cost-efficient structure system which is made of a central core and external precast wall. Even though the structure is slender, our clever design has allowed for the removal of an expensive roof damper.
Slab has been designed using traditional reinforced concrete.
Budget and delivery time have been met resulting in a great success for the client and all the other parties involved.
