Verdant Apartments

Our project, Verdant Apartments, is a distinguished residential development located on the fringe of Perth’s CBD, designed to cater to the evolving market demand for high-quality, urban living spaces. Comprising 136 units spread across 19 levels, Verdant Apartments stands as a testament to our commitment to delivering projects that blend architectural excellence with practical living solutions.

In our role, we focused on structural engineering and the provision of temporary works, ensuring the project’s integrity from the ground up. Notably, the development employed innovative construction techniques, including the use of precast floors and walls, coupled with foundation piling to support the structure’s ambitious design and scale.

The topmost level of Verdant Apartments is dedicated to communal amenities, including a gym, entertainment deck, and function spaces, underscoring our belief in the importance of shared communal areas that adapt to modern living patterns and lifestyle expectations. These spaces are thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of community and well-being among residents, reflecting our foresight in accommodating future living trends.

This project was recognized with the 2020 Harold Krantz Award for Multiple Housing by the Australian Institute of Architects WA Chapter, a recognition that speaks to the high standard of architecture achieved. Verdant Apartments is a clear reflection of our commitment to pushing the boundaries of design and construction, contributing positively to Perth’s urban landscape and setting a new benchmark for apartment living in the city​​​​.
