Victoria House is a genuine mixed-use project that will become the heart of Montario Quarter’s village precinct. The 8,450 m2 site includes a vibrant retail and hospitality core within the refurbishment of the heritage listed Victoria House and approximately 117 townhouses and apartments spread over 3 multi storey buildings up to 8 storeys high.
This is a very unique development that combines heritage elements with modern architecture and the end result will be something special for residents and the local community alike.
The project is developed by Hesperia Property and designed by MJA studio.
Hera Engineering has been working in tandem with the architect which has been giving us the opportunity to have an influence on schematic design decisions for the purpose of achieving efficient, cost-saving and essential design.
