Queen’s Wharf Tower 5 has now progressed to the typical floor stage – a key milestone in the construction of this 75-storey residential building in Brisbane’s CBD.
Hera Engineering is providing full structural design, temporary works, and construction engineering services across both Tower 5 and Tower 6, the latter rising to 30 storeys. The structure uses a post-tensioned slab system to enable thinner floor plates and reduce material usage.
A full jump form system is being used for vertical elements to streamline the floor cycle and ensure consistency across the build. These systems are supported by Hera’s long-standing experience in high-rise delivery and construction-stage optimisation.
