New ACT State Manager joins Hera Engineering

Hera Engineering is pleased to welcome Goce Stojanoski to the team as our ACT State Manager. With 22 years of structural engineering expertise, Goce brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our growing presence in the ACT.

A UNSW Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) graduate with a focus on Structures and Management, Goce combines strong academic foundations with decades of practical experience. In his new role, he will lead the ACT team in delivering high-quality structural solutions across a diverse range of projects.

Goce’s career spans key roles in project management and engineering leadership, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects across Australia, including in the ACT, Tasmania, and Victoria. His expertise includes advanced structural schemes, multistorey and high-rise stability assessments, and applying sophisticated techniques such as finite element analysis and dynamic loading assessments.

With experience across concrete, steel, and composite structures, and a talent for developing custom software solutions for structural and data management, Goce’s technical and managerial skills will be invaluable in supporting Hera Engineering’s commitment to excellence.
