Claire Georgiades is the Office Administrator and Submissions Coordinator at Hera Engineering, where she plays a central role in supporting the smooth operation of the business. Her responsibilities include coordinating submissions, managing project documentation, providing internal operational support, and overseeing invoicing and receivables administration to ensure timely and accurate financial processes.

Claire is currently studying psychology at university and is developing a strong foundation in professional administration through hands-on experience in a fast-paced engineering environment. She brings a proactive, reliable, and trustworthy approach to her work, complemented by strong time-management and prioritisation skills. Highly adaptable, she works effectively both independently and collaboratively, supporting teams and leadership with consistent and dependable back-office services.

Focused on maintaining efficient and well-structured administrative operations, Claire is committed to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across documentation and processes. She is motivated by contributing to organisational efficiency and productivity and takes pride in providing high-quality internal and external support that helps maintain a professional, organised, and well-run workplace.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with friends, studying, and pursuing her passion for music, including playing the piano and guitar, as well as listening to music.
