The structure will boast a large supermarket tenancy for a flagship Woolworths store (over 3800m2) with a large expansion zone, surrounded by additional smaller tenancies (80 to over 450m2 each) including dining areas and a larger separate tenancy (650m2). The external tenancies will be linked to the main structure with a covered walkway, an additional tenancy for Dan Murphy’s (1450m2) lies to the west separated by over 400 car bays (some are covered by a custom shade sail structure.)
Across from the main street, additional buildings will be provided allowing for additional retail, café and dining areas. Various Architectural canopies and entrance formations have been accommodated to ensure the client design intent has been maintained, whilst ensuring efficiency is maintained for structural components. Overall a modern structure using various exposed material elements is created providing a vibrant, inviting area and shopping experience.
