Ellenbrook Stage 3

Ellenbrook Stage 3 stands proudly as a completed commercial development project, making a remarkable addition to the bustling urban landscape. This transformative endeavour encompasses a diverse range of features, including a brand-new Kmart store, three mini-major tenancies, 17 speciality tenancies, a selection of restaurants and kiosks, new mall areas, a sprawling 12,000 square meter roof deck car park, thoughtfully curated landscaping, and captivating public art installations.

In this grand undertaking, Hera Engineering was appointed by Vicinity Centres as the structural engineer ensuring the realisation of this ambitious vision. Our collaboration with Taylor Robinson Chaney Broderick (TRCB) was instrumental in implementing an optimal column grid for the post-tensioned slab, paving the way for an efficient and seamless construction process.

One of the notable accomplishments of this project is the impressive construction timeline, as the structural system was meticulously designed to enable a swift completion in just 11 months. Hera Engineering’s dedication to innovation and expertise facilitated the seamless integration of advanced construction techniques, ensuring that the project was brought to fruition within a remarkably short timeframe.
