The Social Fremantle won the Architecture Award in the Multi-residential category

The Social Fremantle won the Architecture Award in the Multi-residential category at the WA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects Awards Ceremony.

The structure is a residential development that offers a truly unique opportunity in apartment living. Featuring modern architectural and interior designs, The Social includes 22 spacious boutique apartments.

Taking inspiration from New York & Melbourne, The Social boasts superior amenities including car stackers which allow for convenient and safe off-street parking.

The Social on Henry teamed up with local Fremantle artist Eveline Kotai to produce one of the most impressive pieces of developer contributed public art in Perth.
The proposed artwork is a significant element with a well-integrated design and retaining a heritage facade.

Hera Engineering has been appointed by the Australian Development Capital to undertake structural engineering services.

Through drawing and consultation, we gained an understanding of the issues at hand and we put into place the required methods and systems to address them effectively.

The Social is a result of a great collaborative working environment and is a building we are very proud to be involved with.

Congratulation to Matthews and Scavalli Architects, Australia Development Capital and all the other parties involved for this impressive achievement!
